Sauvignon blanc
LOCATION: Languedoc-Roussillon
SOIL: Clay and limestone
VINIFICATION: Pressing (pneumatic press), cold stabulation, low-temperature fermentation. Maturation in vats.
COLOUR: A pretty green golden yellow, at once deep, limpid and sheeny.
BOUQUET: An aromatic bouquet with a scent of lime, pink grapefruit, and a dash of asparagus.
PALATE:Well balanced, this impressive wine with it's intensity of flavours, from lime to verbena, leaves an excellent freshness on the palate. Excellent.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Drunk as an aperitif with prawn or fish mousse canapés: salmon marinated in dill, shellfish with a citrus sauce, poultry in lemon-flavoured olive oil, or goat's cheese.
SERVE: 8 to 10°C
CELLAR LIFE: 2 years

Chardonnay
LOCATION: Languedoc-Roussillon
SOIL: Silt, clay and limestone
VINIFICATION: Steel vat fermentation at low temperature.
Matured on lees for 3 weeks in the presence of wood.
COLOUR: Beautiful golden yellow
BOUQUET: A zest of fresh mandarins
PALATE:Intense volume on the palate, this chardonnay is smooth, fresh with vanilla notes.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Grilled fish, shellfish and poultry cooked in a creamy sauce.
SERVE: 8 to 10°C
CELLAR LIFE: 3 years
