VINIFICATION: The blend of Glera and Pinot Nero (vinified in red), coming from the same harvest, are naturally fermented in pressurised stainless steel tanks (Charmat Method) for a period of at least 60 days.
COLOUR: A lightly-coloured sparkling rosé with a fine perlage and soft, persistent foam.
BOUQUET: Fragrant and fruity with hints of wis-teria flowers, Renette Apple and red berries, including wild strawberries.
FLAVOUR: Fresh and delightful. On the palate it is soft and smooth with floral notes and a hint of almond.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif and an ideal accom-paniment to hors d'oeuvres risottos, fragrant fried food and grilled fish
Cuvée 1821 Prosecco DOC Brut
TASTING NOTES Pale, bright straw yellow in colour. The mousse is white, fine, with a very subtle perlage. Pleasantly intense, fruity and aromatic on the nose with distinct aromas of wisteria flowers and rennet apple. Due to its particular wine-making process, it is always very fresh and vivacious on the palate. The typical almond-like note of the Glera grape stands out among others.

Cuvée 1821 is a combination of different souls: here the human touch meets cutting edge technology and the sensitivity of the winemaker finds virtue in precision. In this Cuvée, creativity becomes a concrete reality. An excellent aperitif, it can also be served throughout the meal – including dessert – as long as the dishes are not too strongly flavoured. The bouquet is attractively intense; very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. The flavour is very well-balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Glera grapes.
